Laura and Nishon Yaghoobian weren’t sure their northeast Philadelphia bakery would survive when the growing coronavirus pandemic in March caused many food establishments to abruptly close.
The Delaware couple, who live in Claymont, have run Wild Flour Bakery since 2003.
The wholesale business supplies artisan bread and pastries to Philadelphia-area cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, farmers markets, the Ritz Carlton and other city hotels and local colleges such as the University of Pennsylvania.
