Mastroianni Bros., a company in Schenectady that makes breads, rolls and pizza dough, is introducing eight new products this fall, part of a push to modernize the brand.
The 92-year-old company is rebranding in response to consumer demand. That means more natural products and a smaller loaf size to appeal to those who can't finish a 24-ounce loaf of bread.
Mastroianni Bros. recently introduced an express loaf, a bread that's half the size of a regular 24-ounce product. Now, the company is adding eight new products.
