A key component of the event is a relevant educational program featuring leading industry speaker presenting on what matters most to the buyers and suppliers in attendance as they strive to succeed in the current market. Confirmed presenters to date include:

In addition, a lively Roundtable Discussion with Buyers on pertinent topics, will be moderated by John Unrein, Editor, Instore. The conference session will be followed by a tour of Johnson & Wales University campus and Culinary Museum and closed-door presentations from leading suppliers to all of the buyers in attendance.
