Beverly residents missing their Italian baked goods will have their taste buds catered to again … eventually.
The Italian Bakery on 118 Avenue and 41 Street, which burned down in February, left owners scrambling to find a way to serve their hundreds of clients.
The fire began late Feb. 20 in the west end of the building, where much of the bakery and equipment were housed. It took fire crews until after 4 a.m. on Sunday, February 21 to get it under control.
