Busken Bakery has a new, lower-calorie glazed donut. Lite-Hearted Donuts are heart shaped — appropriate for Valentine’s Day, though they’ll be available year-round — and have 140 calories and 2.5 grams of fat (zero trans-fat or saturated fat). They’re 4 Weight Watchers points, if you follow that system.
They’ll be giving away thousands of the new donuts in coming days, as Polly Campbell shares:
Busken Bakery is giving away a lot of their new heart-shaped, Lite-Hearted Donuts on Valentine’s Day–one per customer.
It will be the largest give-away in the company’s history, as they give them away at all 10 Busken Bakery locations, 135 United Dairy Farmers, and all the Remke-Biggs on Thursday.
