For the past year and a half, Wilson and Banker have been running a bread ministry at Rose of Sharon Church in Lancaster to help feed hungry families in Fairfield County.
Before this week, the ministry had been struggling because of a lack of food surplus from businesses — but that changed when a semitrailer filled with bread from Kroger was delivered to the Rose of Sharon parking lot Wednesday.
