Caravan Ingredients is pleased
to announce that David Fliss will be transitioning to the role of Sales Manager
for CSM Bakery Supplies Latin America.
In this role Fliss will be responsible for directing sales divisions in Mexico,
the Caribbean and Central America, primarily focused within food service,
supermarkets, convenience stores and distribution. He will also focus on selling
brands of manufactured goods within the CSM organization such as Caravan
Ingredients, HC Brill, Henry and Henry, Baker & Baker, Karps, Orth, Bakemark,
and Westco products.
David has been in the baking industry for over 20 years. He has been with
Caravan Ingredients since 1993 and has held the various positions of National
Product Manager – Bagel Division, National Sales Manager, Director of Sales and
Director of Business Development.
Julio Hernandez, Director of Sales, Bakery Supplies Latin America said David
brings a lot of valuable experience to this role and will be instrumental in
driving profitable sales growth within BSLA.
