James Anderson has been named Sales Manager, Trancendim® Solutions for Caravan Ingredients.
In this newly created role, Mr. Anderson will be responsible for managing sales growth of Caravan Ingredients' award winning high diglyceride brand, Trancendim®. This will encompass managing multiple industry channels including retail and foodservice segments.
Mr. Anderson has over 30 years of managerial marketing and sales experience in both value added and commodity food ingredients, working for companies such as Kraft Foods in their edible oils division, as well as Bunge Foods and AarhusKarlshamn USA. In 2008, Mr. Anderson joined Caravan Ingredients' Food Ingredients group as an Account Manager covering the Chicago and Midwest regions.
