Caravan Ingredients, Lenexa, KS – Diane Carnell has been named Director,
Innovation Center for Caravan Ingredients.
In this role Carnell will be responsible for directing the activities of
chemists, analytical chemists and food scientists to develop new technologies
and products related to strategic initiatives established for Caravan
Ingredients. The initiatives will be primarily focused on emulsifier and bakery
ingredient applications.
Diane has an extensive background in the food industry, initially as a lecturer
of food engineering and later as Director of R&D for Kerry Ingredients.
Larry Skogerson, VP Research & Development for Caravan Ingredients said, The
diversity of Dianes experience in the food industry will enable her to make
significant contributions to the effectiveness of the Innovation program at
Caravan Ingredients.
