This brand-new invention blends black garlic, fermented until it reaches a satisfying sweetness, into a luscious chocolate batter made with sour cream and European chocolate. Spongy-moist with enough garlic to meld into the chocolate without punching you in the mouth, the whole thing is topped with thick black garlic butter cream icing. That extra kick you get at the end comes from a pinch of cayenne pepper.
