Boujie Baking Co., a new wholesale bakery in Arcata, has launched its Beer-Kissed product line. The goodies include IPA Peanut Brittle, Two Brew Caramel Brownies, and IPA Spicy Pralined Almonds. All of the handcrafted sweets are made with local craft beer from Humboldt County's local breweries: Lost Coast Brewery, Mad River Brewing Company, and Redwood Curtain Brewing Company, according to a press release.
Forrington said she is in the midst of planning an official, all-ages, open to the public launch party, which will take place on Thursday from 6-9 p.m. at the Redwood Curtain Brewing Tasting Room in Arcata. There will be a raffle, beer-caramel tasting bar, and samples of all the Beer-Kissed products, as well as gourmet cocktail weenies provided by the Wandering Weenie Wagon, according to the release.
Boujie Baking Co.'s Beer-Kissed sweets are now available at both North Coast Co-op locations, Wildberries Marketplace, and McKinleyville Central Market, as well as other local retailers.
