Now is the time to share your insights and expertise with the leaders of the grain-based food industry. Each year, over 1,000 top industry professionals and leaders come together at ASB’s BakingTech —don't miss the opportunity to share your most innovative ideas with this elite group!
ASB is seeking applications for speakers to present at ASB’s BakingTech 2015 Annual Technical Conference in Chicago, IL on March 1 – 3, 2015. The theme of this year's conference is "Engage the Future: People, Products, Processes," and through our educational offerings, we hope to do just that for the 2015 attendees. Help us to open minds and deliver the education that will elevate our attendees to the next level of their careers–and advance the grain-based food industry as whole.
This year, we're seeking proposals for learning opportunities that will encourage Engaging the Future. If you have an idea that will challenge traditional standards and established practices, then we want to hear from you. If you have a presentation that will impact the future of the grain-based food industry, then submit your idea.
Currently, we're accepting proposals for 40-minute oral paper presentations. Submissions are being accepted through May 8, 2014.
We're especially interested in proposals that cover the following areas of interests:
- Sustaining the Future
- Employing the Future
- Products of the Future
- Manufacturing of the Future
- Management of the Future
