The American Society of Baking will hold it's annual Educational Conference and Marketplace , called BAKINGTECH 2012, in Chicago March 4th through 7th. The conference will be held at the Marriott Magnificent Mile hotel on Michigan Avenue.
This years conference like many in the past few years will be chocked full of talks from powerful Keynote Speakers and industry professionals. This year, the breakout sessions have been doubled, so on Monday and Tuesday both, you can take in discussions on many specific topics. The activities start on Sunday night with the Officer's Reception which will have a Mardi Gras theme, so don't miss that.
