Watchung, NJ – Blooms By The Box, The Wholesale Flower Superstore, and The Budget Savvy Bride, a blog dedicated to helping brides plan a wedding without breaking the bank, have teamed up to launch the essay contest “Blooms for the Ultimate Budget Savvy Bride”.
Until September 19, 2010, future brides have the opportunity to write an essay entry on how they will be saving money for their big day (i.e. DIY projects, baking their own cake, etc…) with the opportunity to win a $500 gift certificate from BloomsByTheBox.com for wedding flowers. Blooms By The Box and The Budget Savvy Bride are looking for innovative, detailed responses full of personal experiences and advice. In order to be eligible, you must be a Bride-to-Be and a resident of the United States. You also must have a valid email address and “Like” both Blooms By The Box and The Budget Savvy Bride on Facebook. All entries must be submitted by Sunday, September 19th, 2010 by 11:59:59 p.m. CST to danielle(at)bloomsbythebox(dot)com. Under the discretion of Blooms By The Box and The Budget Savvy Bride the top 5 essays will be chosen and then the public will vote (via comment) on The Budget Savvy Bride on which Bride-to-Be is most deserving of the $500 gift card.
The voting period has been allocated on The Budget Savvy Bride from Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 12:00:01 a.m. CST and ends on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. CST. The essay that receives the most votes will determine the author who receives the prize. Winner Announced: Friday, October 1, 2010 via blog post on BSB and Blooms By The Box’s Facebook Page.
