SDSU To Sell Meat At Ag Heritage Museum

The SDSU Meat Lab has a unique new retail outlet for its meat – the South Dakota State Agricultural Heritage Museum.

The museum already sells soy products, greeting cards, cookbooks and toys. "The SDSU Meat Lab started out at the Ag Museum when it was a stock judging pavilion, so it was a no brainer for us to start a wonderful partnership with them to promote their meat and to attract people to the museum," says Mac Harris, museum director.

The museum will sell frozen ground beef, beef steaks, beef sticks, assorted flavors of smoked sausages, pork chops and pork sausages.
