A new Dairy Research Institute, formed by Dairy Management Inc. and the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, will bring industry leaders together to plan new research in three areas: nutrition science, product development and sustainability. IDFA will work with the Dairy Research Institute, along with the Milk Processor Education Program, the National Milk Producers Federation, the U.S. Dairy Export Council and the Global Dairy Platform, as well as other partners.
"By working together to prioritize, support and share research with stakeholders, we will be better positioned to meet consumer needs, and protect and promote dairy in the marketplace," said Connie Tipton, IDFA president and CEO.
