Batavia’s O-At-Ka Milk Products Cooperative plans to add 40 jobs in conjunction with a newly finished plant expansion.
The 20,000-square-foot addition to its manufacturing plant will expand the cooperative’s beverage capacity, with production and packaging lines set to hit full operation this fall, according to a company release. O-At-Ka produces a variety of milk products sourced from state and regional dairy farmers.
