Natchitoches, La – Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic and Continuing Education will offer classes in floral design, florist exam prep, water aerobics, scrapbooking, beginning guitar and smart shopping.
The Louisiana Retail Florist Exam Prep Course is an 87-hour course over two weeks to help individuals taking the state exam. The course will be held at The Master’s Bouquet at 108 South Drive in Natchitoches includes seven classroom hours on June 5 and 12 from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and 80 hours at a worktable on June 7-11 and 14-18 from 8 p.m. until 5 p.m. The fee is $1,638, which includes an $889 material fee paid to the instructor prior to the start of class.
Basic Floral Design will be taught at The Master’s Bouquet at 108 South Drive in Natchitoches on June 5, 12 and 19 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. The fee is $200 plus a $100 supply fee.
