Alouette Introduces New, Innovative Products For The 2010 Holiday Season

New Holland, PA – Alouette Cheese will introduce three new products at the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association Show (IDDBA) this June 6-8 in Houston, Texas. The three new products include Alouette Entertaining Logs in Garlic & Herbs and Sundried Tomatoes flavors; an Alouette Brie Log; and Alouette Cheesecake, a limited edition spreadable cheese. All three new products will be showcased and offered to attendees during a special preview at Booth #2027.

Perfect for holiday and everyday entertaining, all three new products will be available to ship to retailers starting in August of 2010:

· Alouette Entertaining Logs: These premium spreadable logs, available in two new flavors, have a cream cheese base and creamier texture which offers a more spreadable and easier to slice cheese. The Garlic & Herbs flavored log is garnished with crunchy toasted almonds and parsley for a delicious fresh garlic taste. The Sundried Tomatoes flavored log is a superb balance of tangy tomato and sweet fresh basil.

· Alouette Brie Log: This new product serves up Alouette’s creamy, fresh and all-natural Brie in a log form. The new varietal adds a sophisticated, yet simple, touch to any home entertaining or everyday snack occasion, and is a conveniently sliced and wonderful addition to any cheese platter.

· Alouette Cheesecake: A limited edition spreadable cheese available just in time for the holiday season, Alouette Cheesecake is an all-natural, dessert-inspired spreadable cheese. The new flavor adds the perfect complement to graham crackers, vanilla cookies, bagels and fresh fruit. It can also be used in holiday baking.
