As previously announced Orca Bay Foods, LLC is merging with Odyssey Foods, LLC to form a new company which will be known as Orca Bay Foods LLC. The merger is scheduled to be fully completed on April 1, 2019. During the interim, we will continue operating and invoicing as two separate co-operating companies.
