Seafood Nutrition Partnership Announces Final Agenda, Speakers For State Of The Science Symposium

ARLINGTON, VA.- The Seafood Nutrition Partnership’s (SNP) Scientific and Nutrition Advisory Council will host its second annual State of the Science Symposium on Friday, September 14 in Washington, DC.

This program brings together experts in scientific and nutrition fields. Educational presentations will merge technical analysis and accessible information for non-specialists. Sessions at this year’s symposium include: Brain Health, Aquaculture, and Consumer Education. The full agenda is available at http://www.seafoodnutrition.org/soss.

“This year’s agenda highlights trending topics with accomplished researchers and experts, and we’re looking forward to the opportunity to raise awareness and educate audiences within the seafood, nutrition, and health space and beyond,” said Dr. Tom Brenna, Chair of SNP’s Scientific and Nutrition Advisory Council and Professor at the Dell Medical School and the College of Natural Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin.
