DOVER – Today will be the last day of retail operations for the Bread Head Bistro, 113 W. Third St., Dover, as owner Jason Cannon turns his focus toward his wholesale bread business.
“Bread Head started as a wholesale bakery, and the store was an offshoot of that,” Cannon said. “We’re getting back to where we started.”
The company’s products will continue to be sold at such places as Breitenbach Wine Cellars in Dover, the Canal Tavern of Zoar, the bakery at Zoar Village, Unusual Junction in West Lafayette and Roscoe Village in Coshocton.
