West Pawlet, Vermont – In keeping with our major expansion plans, Consider Bardwell Farm is pleased to announce that Liza Kaplansky, most recently of Laura Chenel/Marin French Cheese, has accepted the position of Director of Sales and Marketing. She will be responsible for managing the creamery’s national growth in retail and food service arenas and the regional wholesale team. She will also especially focus on establishing a market for Consider Bardwell Farm on the West Coast. Supporting Liza’s efforts are Peter Henry, New York Regional Sales Manager, and Renata Pilato, North East Regional Sales Manager, who will also report to her.

Kaplansky has become a force in the industry by growing from cheesemonger, to cheese buyer at Canyon Market, followed by a four-year stint at Laura Chenel/Marin French, most recently as West Coast Regional Sales Manager. She lives in San Francisco and will commute to the East Coast several times each year.
