Dedicated to enhancing Flair’s commitment to service, Reichwald and Thede will be supporting customers’ needs ranging from ensuring confirmation and continuity of orders to communicating technical information and facilitating samples.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, Reichwald has enjoyed over a decade of success in service and support roles, her favorites of which have been customer service, human resources, and internal coaching and training.
A graduate of Marian College in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, Thede has dedicated over twenty years to customer service and inside sales positions, developing skills in every facet of client communication, relationship development, problem solving, and strategy development.
