Umpqua Dairy is the best in the northwest, again.
The dairy’s cottage cheese, buttermilk, sour cream, and vanilla and chocolate ice creams earned recognition at the Oregon Dairy Industries 107th annual conference. The dairy itself picked up the Sweepstakes Award in both the ice cream and cultured products categories.
Umpqua Dairy won similar awards in 2017.
“Umpqua Dairy is thrilled to once again bring home the sweepstakes trophy for our Ice Cream, as well as the Sweepstakes for our cultured products”, said John Harvey, the dairy’s director of plant operations, in a press release. “Our employees are dedicated to producing quality products. To be honored with such awards by our peers is the highest compliment one can receive.”
