As we look at naturally growing (as opposed to dyed!) cut flowers, the Delphinium family is right there with Iris, Hydrangea, and Hyacinth offering the color blue in bunches and bouquets.
The hybrid Waltz series of Delphinium is bred to offer a superior Bella Donna styled bloom. Sea Waltz is the dark blue and Sky Watz is the light blue, Sun Valley’s 2018 program is weighted toward the Sea Waltz, since the dark blue is the more popular of the two.
