LaClare Family Creamery’s Cave-Aged Chandoka officially ranks among the 20 best cheeses in the world.
After capturing First Place/Best of Class in its category at the World Cheese Championship, the surface-ripened, mixed-milk cheese went on to be named Top 20 out of the more than 3,400 entries vying for the title, the judges announced last Thursday.
