Madison, WI — The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association added Eddie Yoon to the speaker lineup at IDDBA 18. Yoon’s presentation is “Winning Strategies for Grocery to Tap into the Growing Food Service Demand via Superconsumers.” IDDBA’s annual tradeshow runs June 10-12 at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
Eddie Yoon is the founder of Eddie Would Grow, LLC, a think tank and advisory firm on growth strategy. His work has helped clients drive over $5 billion of annual revenue. Yoon is the author of Superconsumers, a 2017 Top Marketing Book by Strategy + Business. He describes who constitutes a superconsumer, how to find the superconsumers in your category, and how to grow the overall category with this knowledge. Yoon shares a framework of how 1% of companies can capture 80% of category growth, as well as grow revenues 4x faster and market capitalization 6x faster.
He’s written nearly one hundred articles in the Harvard Business Review and Inc. He will share his expertise in fresh grocery and results from IDDBA’s latest research, which is a unique database integrates grocery and food service spending as well as economics and emotion together.
