FOWLER, Calif., – Social sustainability is one of Bee Sweet’s highest priorities, and its wellness program aims to cater to the health needs of full time and part time employees and their families.
“Through Bee Sweet’s wellness program, full time and part time employees have access to medical and dental care,” said Bee Sweet Citrus Human Resources Manager Jasmine Reynozo. “Employees also have access to different health insurance plans and savings plans that can cater to their lifestyles and personal needs.”
At Bee Sweet Citrus, all employees can visit a physician at one of the 15 United Health Centers locations in the surrounding area. There they can take advantage of health and dental services, and can even schedule an annual eye exam. Registered Dieticians and nutritionists also visit the packing facility twice a month where they provide onsite meal planning, and administer basic health services. Benefits through United Health Centers are available to all employees and their spouses and dependents as well.
Bee Sweet Citrus employees can also choose from several ACA health care plans for themselves and their families. Other employee incentives include a 401K retirement plan and other savings plans.
