MERCED — April 22, 2010 — Sunny Day Online and J Marchini Farms are proud to unveil the brand new J Marchini Farms website. Working with Marc Marchini, Sunny Day Online set out to highlight the business of J Marchini Farms, the original United States radicchio grower, while showcasing the heritage of their history.
The website has many interactive features, including a blog updated by Marc Marchini himself and entitled Radicchioless (like ridiculous) and a news section. There is also some multimedia on the site such as videos and a front page slide show. Recipes also take a prominent role on the new J Marchini Farms website. Most are Marchini Family staples passed on through the generations using farm fresh produce grown right on the J Marchini Farms. A must try recipe is the Radicchio Risotto, made from Joe’s Premium Radicchio and rice.
J Marchini Farms is also producing California Figs under the Joe’s Premium brand name. These figs are available for sale at select farmers markets across California and at the Farm Stand at the J Marchini Farms main office, open from June to October.
