The aroma of carefully seasoned sausage frying in a country store in the East Bernstadt community in the 1950s blossomed into a thriving business that is now winding down its 60th year.
Robinson Sausage Company was established in 1957 by Roscoe and Vernie Robinson, who operated a store from a former bank building along Ky. 490.
