ShopRite Supermarkets Expand Free Fruit Program To All Stores

FLORIDA — ShopRite Supermarkets, Inc., has expanded its Kids Club program to all of its 35 stores throughout New York and New Jersey.

The program provides children with a free snack at the supermarket and is designed to give youngsters a reason to get excited about grocery shopping and encourage them to enjoy healthy snacks.

Specifically, the program provides kids 12 and under with a “Kids Club Card,” which can be obtained at the courtesy desk free of charge, that they can present in the produce department to receive a free piece of fruit such as a banana, clementine or apple while shopping with a parent or guardian.
