Richmond, VA – International bakery equipment manufacturer AMF Bakery Systems today announced the appointment of Monika Eiden as global human resources director. Eiden will be based in AMF’s Richmond, Virginia headquarters and will report to company president, Jason Ward.
In her role, Eiden will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of common talent management processes across all AMF sites and teammates worldwide.
An accomplished human resource professional, Eiden joins AMF Bakery Systems from WestRock, where she provided leadership and support to ~1,000 employees globally including talent management, organizational development, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, recruitment, and employee relations.

Eiden earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University having graduated Magna Cum Laude. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
