“We are thrilled with this honor for Bay Blue as well as the other cheeses that earned awards this year. Our team continues to work diligently on making Bay Blue World-Class and receiving the coveted California Golden Bear trophy is proof that our efforts are worthwhile. It is so rewarding to be recognized and celebrated,” said Kuba Hemmerling, Head Cheese Maker. Diana Giacomini Hagan, Co-Owner of Point Reyes Farmstead agreed, “Wow! Bay Blue receiving the Golden Bear two years in a row is amazing. We are so proud of our team and over-joyed to represent the California artisan cheese community again.”
