Mesa Foods LLC, a West Louisville company that manufactures more than 1 billion tortillas per year, has an expansion project in the works.
The company filed a development plan with Louisville Metro Government earlier this week, indicating it plans a 9,058 square-foot expansion in the internal loading and truck court area of its building at 3701 W. Magnolia St., just west of Louis Coleman Jr. Drive.
Louisville-based Heritage Engineering LLC is working on the project. A letter from the company included in the development plan said the expansion complies with the requirements of the city's land development code.
