WALKER, MI – The first Meijer stores in the Upper Peninsula will open next month.
The Michigan retailer announced the Escanaba and Sault Ste. Marie stores will open May 18, and their gas stations will be open Friday, April 20. The opening dates are earlier than initially reported.
The Midwest retailer made a video showing the first Meijer truck rolling across the Mackinac bridge into the U.P.
