Springside Cheese, which operates stores in Pueblo and its headquarter city of Oconta Falls, Wis., recently named Dane Huebner as its artisan cheese maker based in Wisconsin. He will focus on developing new recipes, pairings and products for the company.
During his 10-year career, Huebner has received more than 130 awards in competitions, including the World Cheese Awards, the American Cheese Society and the U.S. Championship Cheese Contest.
