Toronto – Allan Cosman, Past President & CEO of Ferrero Canada and Past Vice President of Ferrero International, receives the 2016 Award of Distinction from Food & Consumer Products of Canada (FCPC).
“Allan Cosman exemplifies true leadership and we’re thankful for his dedication to FCPC as well as the Canadian food, beverage and consumer products manufacturing industry in general,” said Michael Graydon, Chief Executive Officer, FCPC. “Allan has many, many years of service and I look forward to working with him long into the future.”
Cosman has dedicated more than 14 years of service to FCPC, including a number of leadership roles such as Chair of the Board of Directors, Vice Chair and Treasurer.
FCPC’s Governance Committee bestows this award on occasion where there is a deserving individual whose achievements and contributions to FCPC and the Canadian food and consumer products manufacturing industry demonstrates excellence. The recipients are celebrated and honoured by their peers at the CEO Executive Conference.
He joined Ferrero Canada as President & CEO in 1993 and he served as Chairman of Ferrero-UK and Ferrero Australia; he continues to be a Senior Consultant to Ferrero today.
The Award was presented to Cosman by Graydon, Shelley Martin, FCPC’s Chair of the Board of Directors, Rudy Sequeira, Managing Director of Ferrero Canada Ltd. and Marc Guay, Past President of PepsiCo Foods Limited.
The 2015 award was presented to Guay and Tom Singer, President of Reinhart Foods Limited.
