NORTHVILLE, Mich. — A Michigan dairy company is voluntarily recalling some of its products after he failure of equipment used to verify proper pasteurization during processing.
The state Department of Agriculture and Rural Development announced Thursday that Northville-based Guernsey Farms Dairy’s recall includes five products produced at different times.
The state says they were primarily distributed in southeastern Michigan. However, Guernsey Farms Dairy products are also sold at two Jam N’ Bean locations in Kent County, according to a map on the company’s website. It’s unclear if any of the recalled products were served by Jam N’ Bean.
