Red Rooster Artisan Bakery has expanded with a larger kitchen and second location for downtown Hamilton.
Owner Ali Bowcutt said the expansion is good.
“It’s the right expansion for sure,” Bowcutt said. “You want to grow as a business. You need to grow. So you have to find the way to grow. Getting bigger is not necessarily the right option. We have seen other people that thought they needed to get bigger and it doesn’t work. So it is finding the right way to grow your business that works in a small community that is challenging and can be really rewarding also.”
The expansion has several names all under the umbrella of Red Rooster.
