Wagyu Beef: Good For You

Brett and Ron Burns love their beef.

In fact, they went to the other side of the Pacific Ocean to find what they describe as the best beef they have ever had – Wagyu beef. While not physically going to Japan they were all over it online and with other breeders across the country.

Considered a premier beef, Wagyu has more marbling than the beef most Americans are used to.

“There is no question this is the best beef there is, period,” Brett said. “I was out in Las Vegas and saw it priced at $25/ounce, so I tried it and it was without question the best I’d ever had.”
