Mann Packing, Litehouse Partner To Promote Chinese New Year

SALINAS, Calif. – Jan. 18, 2011, – Mann Packing is collaborating with Litehouse Foods® to promote the 2011 Chinese New Year.

Starting Feb. 1, 150,000, 6-ounce trays of Broccolini® will carry an in-pack offer.. The inserted offer features three Asian inspired recipes: Kobe Beef Broccolini®, Sweet & Spicy Chicken Stir Fry and Sesame Salmon with Sugar Snap® Peas & Mango and a $1 off coupon towards any Litehouse dressing.

In May, the two companies are planning a second cross-promotion for National Salad Month featuring an instant redeemable coupon and joint recipes. A third joint promotion is also planned for October.
