Boise, Idaho – The Golbon 2016 Spring Member Conference was held April 12-14 in Las Vegas, NV at the M Resort. This event brought together more than 400 Golbon distributor members and supplier partners for three days of business-building and networking.
Golbon continues to go to great lengths to ensure that distributors and suppliers have every opportunity to connect at the show. This show offered a new event, the Service Provider Spectacular, which highlighted a variety of Golbon’s service partners: from those providing operation and warehouse systems, to software solution providers and discount telephone programs. Entertainment was lively with appearances from Elvis, the Rat Pack and show girls promoting the “Stacks of Cash” give-away.
The opening evening event, A Swingin’ Affair, was enjoyed by all attendees and highlighted eight Golbon suppliers with a fun Classic Vegas cocktail party. The room was full of energy as guests embraced the days of Frank, Dean and Sammy with classic cocktails, toe-tappin music and delicious finger foods.
The following two days were abuzz with suppliers and distributors ready to talk business. Scheduled appointments brought attendees together to discuss new opportunity for growth and mutual success. Golbon Convenience Services kept the show floor humming with their Pit Stop area. Here you could find all of your favorite c-store treats: hot coffee, refreshing iced teas and beverages, irresistible donuts, prepared sandwiches, roller grill favorites and assorted jerky, nuts and snacks.
Wednesday’s lunch honored the 2015 Golbon Premier Club National Winners in both the Sales and Merchandising categories. These “best-of-the-best” were selected from the group on the January Premier Club trip in Austin. This year’s winners are both valued members of their distributorship, and truly exemplify the commitment to hard work and results that come with such recognition. Congratulations to:
