Annual SausageFest Competition Announced For Management Conference

The Meat Institute will once again host the annual SausageFest competition at the 2016 Management Conference, scheduled to take place April 5-7, in Chicago, Illinois. The event will be held during the Meat Industry Management Conference Showcase on April 6, and will feature sausage and other ready-to-eat (RTE) products. A maximum of 10 vendors are eligible to compete for the “Hold the Mustard” Award, which will be given to one select sausage or RTE product as determined by attendees in a blind taste test. Entry is complimentary and open to all NAMI members that produce sausage or other RTE products, and that are registered for the Management Conference.
