SPRINGFIELD — In grocery stores, at family gatherings and even in New York City taxi cabs, consumers are asking questions about healthy food.
Today, more and more Illinois pork producers are answering those questions and telling the story about modern agriculture.
The connection between consumers and pork producers was a key topic at the Illinois Pork Expo Feb. 16-17 in Springfield.
