Third Annual Sinaloa Encanta, March 11th, 2016

The third annual SINALOA ENCANTA will kick-off at the picturesque grounds of the Leyson Family’s Farming Operation on March 11th, 2016 at Culiacan Sinaloa, México. Eduardo Leyson, President of the member board says “I want everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy this event that gives brings all sides of the industry to a collective cultural center in Sinaloa with a blend of gastronomical abundance, regional music and a celebration that will be well into the night”.

The event offer guests the chance to sample the state, in one intimate location in the capital of Culiacán and to be enchanted to Sinaloa and brings a unique range of cultures to the table, from French, Spanish and Chinese to German and Greek. All these backgrounds inform the cuisine of the state along with its musical flavor, customs and art. This scene will be a full of crate-line paths of regional produce and brands and well known growers to deal with and to tables tall with appetizers, small bites and elaborate confections.

Also as part of an ongoing effort to provide a networking platform the previous night will be a welcome and social network dinner set in the great outdoors of the riverside Culiacan at Cayena Restaurant.

The profile of grower’s attendances:

* Growers with experience in vegetables production and packing of domestic and export market.

* Entrepreneurs.

* Focuses on quality and food safety.

* Innovative and committed to the industry

* Sustainable agriculture practices.

It emphasizes in its first two editions of the event it has donated all that collected of the entries to institutions that promote social responsibility as Save the Children and the System for Integral Family Development of the State of Sinaloa. (DIF for its initials in Spanish) and the participation of institutions such as the FPAA, AMHPAC and companies like Burnac Produce, Sunset Mastronardi, SunFed, Tricar, Marengo Foods and Farmers Best and other well-known produce companies.
