Siena Randall, who handles marketing responsibilities for the Bonsall, California-based EuroAmerican, has witnessed the growing popularity of succulents on the west coast.
“Water use is a big issue in California, so I think that’s why they are so popular here,” she said. “On a more national level, they are popular because they are interesting and new for people in other parts of the country.”
