Granny's Poultry Is Getting A $2.5M Boost

Granny's Poultry is getting a $2.5-million boost from the province and feds.

The Blumenort-based processing plant is in the middle of a $37-million expansion.

Manitoba Agriculture, Food, and Rural Development Minister Ron Kostyshyn said the funding is part of the province's plan to increase the food-processing industry by half a billion dollars by 2022.
