An estimated 60% of Millennials are searching for new ways to enhance old recipe favorites. “The trend of ‘gastronostalgia’ has driven the Millennial demographic to revamp their childhood favorites with a grown-up, gourmet twist,” according to Lapine, Millennials Report.
