Baking Association of Canada’s (BAC) next biennial national trade event Bakery Showcase 2016 is May 1-3, 2016 at the International Centre Toronto (Mississauga) Ontario- Canada. BAC is anticipating greater exhibitor interest as the baked goods exports are on the surge due to current favorable export opportunities, especially to the United States.
Bakery Showcase 2016 will also feature a new expanded seminar program with the full schedule to be announced early 2016.
Bakery Showcase trade show attracts baking industry suppliers of ingredients, baked goods (semi-finished, finished, frozen) baking equipment, packaging, technology and services from across North America and international. Attendees to the exhibition are bakeries (Commercial, wholesale, retail & In-store), bakery cafes, food service, grocery stores and other suppliers to the industry. The International exhibitor & attendee participation both in national & regional BAC trade shows has been the rise, especially with the incoming buyer trade missions.
